2. We install 2 courses of ice and watershield vs 1 course. It protects your home against water damage from ice dams.

3. We always install lead flashing boots over your pvc pipes (the white pipe sticking up from your roof ), instead of rubber boots. They crack and split over time, thus causing leaks.

4. All our estimates include a ridge vent vs. box vents, unless you have a hip roof. It’s better ventilation system. Any additional ventilation, like more soffit ventilation, will always be looked at. With options to correct if need be.

5. All shingles are architectural with a lifetime warranty, a current industry standard.
